Question about, obtaining a mortgage.

What's the lowest amount you can get a mortgage for? I found a 1999 mobile home on a couple of acres that's in good shape. But in a very rural town that's known, for it's cheap land prices lol. They want 9500 for the house and the property. Can I get a mortgage, that low or can I get a loan and use the land as collateral?

You wont get a mortgage for it. Your best bet would be a personal loan.
