How long will Malky be given???????

Seems as hes up and coming and 39 i hope we give him plenty of time to build our squad but i dont know what our board expect??????????

Well really he should be give 5 - 6 years, as long as he gets us challenging for up to 3 of those seasons, if not then obviously we can't be too "Nice" if its not working he has to go, but i'm confident that after 2 seasons we will have a top top squad once again and we will be in the top 4 or 5 in the division!

If Dave Jones got 6 then Mackay should get until at least 2050.

Seriously though he needs time. The squad is beyond bare bones at the moment and finances are stretched to say the very least. It probably won't be this year, but I think he can help us stabilize and kick on in a couple of years.
