what he said was he would have to look at the infrastructure of the coaching staff, and there would be a mix of coaching staff allready at the club and some new coaches.
my guess would be unemployment for wilkinson and margetson, promotion for ardley and a total different role for burton, reserve team manager perhaps? so i think there will be at least 2 coaches coming in
