welcome to Cardiff City. Everyone will give you advice but here's two things left to learn from the debacle of the last two seasons:-

1. Some of our defenders are crap - and let's just be honest here - they need bombing out to other lower division clubs. It's one area Jones thought would look after itself, it didn't, it cost us game after game.

2. Some players can only - and are best suited - to playing the position they were brought in to the club for. Don't go down this playing them because you like their arse aka Jones style in any position. If they sulk after being dropped - bomb them out.

No mentioning players names for points 1 and 2 above but we all know who they are, although some fans can't see past their noses.

You also forgot to tell him about our midfield, (sorry, lack of it) the one that virtually ever team in the division walked through, then again malcky will know that anyway, afterall his team last season was one of those who "walked" through us!!!!!

there is no worries there, we've got no one so he can start afresh and fill his boots!
