First of all.
Having been on the recieving end of this do you think it is right.
Do you think the press, ie Regional and National Press should be able to print your address in the Paper or Internet.
As it stands, if you break the law whether it be for a parking ticket or murder, the press can print your name and address bar the house number, so for example if you were found guily of say public order after you hit a bloke who was harrasing your misses your name and address could be splashed in the press.
Secondly, is this discrimination.
Do you think that it is discrimination for certain companies to sack somebody or refuse them a job based on a credit score.
As it stands, some companies will not employ you if you have a default on a payment plan or have any CCJ's ect.
Now I know that if you end up with a CCJ you must have messed up somewhere but is it not discrimination to not employ someones based on a default payment that happened perhaps 2 years ago?
