Best Free internet security ?

I have bullguard running at the moment & its making my system run so slow

AVG free internet security. Have a month free then when that runs out it gives you the option for a free AVG 2011 just click yes and your away I swear by it

I've moved to Microsoft Security Essentials.

It's great, you don't see it working and unlike other anti virus software it never gives you any annoying pop up updates.

Use Microsoft Security Essentials. I have installed it on laptop and PC and anyone's laptop I rebuild for them I alsways put it on. It's free and runs well.

No internet security is 100% safe its all one big scam if someone wants to get you then they repack/hex a script or trojan virus then bind it with a file or picture they can so the antivirus dont pick up on the string that triggers off to say its a virus/worm/malware ect on your PC,My advice to anyone when they take files check them here over 40 up to date virus defs http://www.virustotal.com Ive used the internet for years and know the in/outs of the sneaky stuff thats goes on so this is all the advice i could give someone anymore and you will probly be mind boggled

Mate, download AVAST free antivirus, its the best out there.

my advice is, uninstall all your other shite.

Then install a free version of SUPERANTISPYWARE. http://www.superantispyware.com/download.html

Then install AVAST http://www.avast.com/en-gb/free-antivirus-download

Do it in that order. Make sure you uninstall everything else first. Superantispyware is
very good, but sometimes you cant install it once Avast is up and running. Then get
Avast... It used to be AVG was the best free one, now its AVAST.

AVG and Avast are both excellent, personally I use AVG on all my machines though, but if you pop over to CNET you will get plenty of reviews on free anti-virus software, and also be able to see what everybody else is using with their download figures.

For anti-virus I use Avast.

For any possible Malware I use Malwarebytes.

And for a firewall I use Comodo Firewall
