Good luck to him. If he could re-capture his best form, you'd have some player. However, he's showing absolutely no signs of doing that. Likes the bottle and the bookies thesedays!

Maybe good enough for league one now.
Its a gamble, could go either way...IMO you can get better on the wages he will want. His enthusiasm for the game seems to have gone.

still has the quality but don't think he would be able to play most games throughout the season, if you do get him it could turn out to be a great move for you, only time will tell

Looking back in 2006/07 season he was the missing link in a squad with players like Chopra, Thomo, McNaughton, Loovens, Ledley, Johnson(miss him dearly ) Alexander.

We couldn't afford to buy him and Bryan Robson all of sudden wanted him 'back' then Tony Mowbray came along still at his best West Brom miss out on promotion in the play offs then makes the biggest mistake in career and went to Wigan that to me was where it went all wrong.

If he came back to us or stuck with West Brom he would've been a different player than what he is now.

Good luck to him at Sheff Wed but he's washed up I'm afraid.
