I personally believe Cardiff have had their bid accepted but have said to Dundee Utd we will wait for the outcome of the courtcase before signing him and they have said fine but we will keep the door open for other clubs in the time being!!!!!!!!!!
If all goes fine tomorrow then i think by the weekend he will be holding up a city shirt

I believe that if Rangers have a similar bid accepted he will chose them unfortunately....

I reckon rangers have made this bid so as not to appear toothless to their fans after all this 'chat' from Mccoist!!
