can anybody buy shares in ccfc ?

when the share scheme was announced, could anybody have bought shares and if so, was there a limit as to how many you could buy ?

You could, like I did, but PR stopped it about a year ago to fans.

so Annis in theory could the club have given Sam shares in CCFC in return to settling the debt.

Yes they could, the board can do anything because they are private shares not public shares on the stock market.

wouldnt you think that it would have been in Sam's interest and the club's to have sold Sam the debt in return for shares which at the time were 11 pence and then the club would have been debt free and would have had money to spend on players cause we could have borrowed from normal financial institutions because we would have had no debt or threat of legal action.

That would of given Sam some power PR wouldnt want that.

maybe i am thinking of it in a very niave way but it seems as good a solution as any.

i understand what you say about giving Sam power but he would be a shareholder, all be it a large one, and that is all.
