For anyone that is interested I have a 2 bedroom apartment that will be available for rent on the 27th August.
The property is located in Pipkin Close, Pontprennau and close to all routes into the Centre of Cardiff as well as Motorway routes to Swansea, Newport and Bristol.
Additionally the property carries a designated parking space (undercover) and is located on all major bus routes (57 & 58).
Whats Near:
Always important to have a pub nearby and The Village Inn is just around the corner. The property is suitably away from any rowdyness
BUPA - Or what used to be BUPA - is directly opposite
Waitrose - 2 mins walk.
I presently go use Moginie James but would always do a deal for a fellow CCFC supporter!

What's the poundage per 12th of a year? Any photos?

If you want to use an agency, I have said on on here before that I would give 50% off fees.
