where would you place city?

when you speak to most city fans we refere to ourselfs as a big club or a more common term i ve come across is a sleeping giant, but when i ve spoken to fans from other clubs we are not looked upon in that way so considering we haven won anything in years and have not even reached te premier league where would you place city from a list of 92 clubs???????
