Is Bellamy About To Welsh On a Deal?

Don't you just hate that phrase, surely it is "to Welch on a deal".

Anyway after Bellamy said at a press conference he'd be back next year and that he would only play for Man City or Cardiff City, there are only two options left open to him. He sits in the Man City reserves or he gets a deal that allows him to play for us. Any other option and he has gone back on what he said.
