I have been intrigued about the recent discussions............goalkeeper...stay on line or go,surely a coach can only do so much on this subject,the keeper has to read the situation and make a split decision depending where his defenders are and the attacking situation,yes a goalkeeping coach can encourage young keepers in their early years but great goalkeepers read the game and have the ability to make split second decisions like my players did at white hart wanderers(I f*cking wish)....Peter Shcmeichel is a great example...pity his son couldn't do it,he would have done ok for us.
