OUR PLAYERS IN TRAINING

I got so excited the other week that i forked out for CCW.
Im now addicted to watching the players training, it looks so professional,
the players look relaxed, the coaching staff are all over them and working
the bollocks off them but its all happy smiling faces, and lots and lots of
work with the ball in tight areas. Malky gets well involved and makes a point
of patting a player on the back when he does something right
Also, i noticed they were rigging the lads up with those garmin heart monitors.
You can use them to gauge the heartbeat, how fast they are running, how far
they are running, you can look at it on a map afterwards to check exactly how
hard a feller has worked in a session.... Mackay is turning them into Cardiff
Citys Universal Soldiers....
And they're loving every minute of it

Yeah I joined City Players last week and I know what you mean about the players, it's looks a fun session but when Malky has them in a group to talk, you can see that every player is watching and listening exactly like they should. He's commands respect and it seems aswome to see.
