Is wikipedia correct?

There number of things i've noticed on wikipedia just then and i just want to make sure there not someone just messing about on there.
Have we actually signed Joe Mason?
Are the squad numbers correct?
and If so why would Mcphail give his squad number to Earnie and change to 20?
just wondering is this because he could be leaving such as steve thompson did from number 9 to number 20 after the 2007 season?

i read this earlier and thought it was strange. although anyone can edit wikipedia but i think this could be true. don't see why Joe Mason was given the number 9 shirt

The thing is that anybody can go and edit wikipedia.

I dont think anything would be agreed with regards to squad numbers yet.

I think sometimes they jump the gun a bit. When it was posted on here that we were insterested in signing Aron Gunnarsson a good week or more before we actually did sign him his wikipedia page said he played for us already? Anyone else notice that during his recent interview at the Vale Earnie was wearing training kit with no.11 on which has been vacated since Chris Burke left us this summer.
