I remember reading about a similar incident many years ago, but the woman threw the severed penis out of the front window, hitting the windscreen of a passing car.
Apparently as the penis hit the windscreen and bounced off the driver turned to his mate and said "Christ! Did you see the size of the cock on that fly!!!"
