The young player City should sign?

Spurs defender Adam Smith.
20 year-old who played his first match for the England Under-20's this year after a successful season with Bournemouth (35+ games, 1 goal). Says he is looking for a loan move, preferably in the Championship, but would be tempted by a permanent deal away from White Hart Lane.
My only worry for him would be first-team football. With the likes of Hudson, Keinan and Gerrard in the City squad, I would think he would have to wait on the sidelines for his chance. Seen crazier things happen here, though.
Anyone else think he'd be worth a crack at on a season-long loan?
Another young player I wouldn't mind is Spurs winger Andros Townsend. Played under Malky after signing on loan with Watford in January for the rest of the season (even made his debut against City), but I'm guessing it would be a no-go as his loan was cancelled just three games in.
