"As the new season fast approaches we are now preparing for one of the biggest tasks of the pre-season process, namely the fulfilment of over 18,000 season ticket cards.
Essentially our cards are designed and ordered from our supplier prior to the end of season, we will then initiate our data collection process from our Ticketmaster database. Once the data has been extracted we relay it to our access control partner Fortress who will personalise and print our cards, and once printed the cards will be sent back to us here at Cardiff City to be posted out to you the customer.
We are pleased to report that this process is well underway and we anticipate the arrival of our cards on site on Monday 25th July 2011. The cards will be sent out during this week, and if collection was requested at point of sale, they will be made available to collect from Monday 2nd August 2011. Please note all season tickets must be collected by 8th August 2011.
With this time scale in mind it will allow us at the Club approximately 2 weeks prior to the first home game of the new season to address any queries you may have.
Please be advised that any outstanding Zebra Finance applications must be received and completed by 31st July 2011, after this point any Zebra season reservations will be released for general sale.
The 2 home pre-season friendlies will be ticket only fixtures, any season cards that have been issued in preparation for the new season will not be activated.
Please note that if you have not provided us with a colour photograph for your season card, you will not be permitted to travel to any away fixtures until this has been rectified.
Season Tickets are still currently on sale and we are offering the five month interest free option up until 2pm Saturday 30th July.
If you have applied for the zebra finance option and have yet to send your application form back you also have until Saturday 30th July to complete the transaction otherwise we will have to cancel the application.
