this picture shows to me like he's actually TRYING to get things across to the players. The only photo's we saw of Jones was him sulking with his hands in his pockets.

Looks like hes trying to tell them something.
Hudson: Gaffer, what If they keep beating me to the ball.
Malky: You grab him by the balls, and squeeze until he falls over. Should be out all game.

Yes his vocal approach and touchline direction will be a breath of fresh air compared to the pocket manager
