There is something about this bloke. Watch them training, watch how they
all gravitate towards him. His coaching team all have their jobs to do and
it would appear they are doing everything well, they are pushing the lads,
they are motivating them, encouraging them, putting smiles on their faces.
But everything seems to revolve around the Big Yin. He plots himself in the
middle of everything and doesnt seem to miss a trick. He is quick to pat a
player on the back, pull a player over for a quiet word, he has a laugh and
a joke with them all but is obviously deadly serious at the same time and
they are in no doubt about that.

we were all worried that the team had no time to 'gel'... yet from the clips
available of the Charlton game, they have just taken the quick tip tap
close control pass and move straight from training into a match situation.

Thats DAYS these lads have been together.

I dont profess to be an expert on Football. I never played professionally or

But i have a sneaking suspicion that we have got ourselves a f*cking
