Chelsea/Cardiff evidence abuse trial adjourned

The proposed evidence abuse trial that was to highlight possible tampering with evidence, especially Magnet 15 has been adjourned,it was due to take place next Monday the judge is dealing with barristers but the case may never go ahead. Paul M from Chelsea has tried his best and at considerable expense to challenge the police over this but it looks like their defence has come up with enough to stop the trial.

It was always an outside chance and I know many of us will be gutted about this latest news but I am sure this will not be the end of the matter and I will keep you informed of any fresh news if it comes.

One piece of good news is that Matthew B has been transferred from the Scrubbs to an open prison in Brighton.
