Were Cardiff really serious about Goodwillie?There were reports that Cardiff had made a definite bid etc for him.Being honest i have my doubts because we come back to the same ONE thing .The Malaysians (rightly or wrongly ) DO NOT like paying a substantial transfer fee.They will pay the wages but not a substantial transfer fee.Before people say we didnt want him because of his record etc please remember thats not the point im trying to make

I think they was serious but decided to go for miller instead because of court cases,don't think they was ever going to get the 2 of them,

gestede, from what I saw of the Charlton game, seemed good in the air and was strong
MM must have seen something in him

I bet over time the fee will be about the same, they wanted 2m for willie and we paid just under 1m for Miller, add into the fact Miller will be on higher wages and I think it was just a choice.
