According to twitter we've got another of watfords backroom staff? A guy called iian moody, anyone know anything about him ?

so whats his role within CCFC then ...... is he taking over certain footballing related duties from Gethin Jenkins ??

Iain Moody will be head of recruitment at CCFC after City approached Watford for his services.

so basically then he's going to be Cardiff's HR manager in charge of ALL appts within the CCS and the Club ...... from programme seller upto 1st team manager , so is this NON football related as in he wont deal with players etc ??

presumably he's going to be the guy negotiating deals for players. Someone with knowledge of the market and how things work. Someone we've been crying out for in my opinion....
