Kenny Miller's arrival at Cardiff should provide some replacement firepower.

What people tend to forget is that Bothroyd was in no-mans land when
he came here. great talent, unfulfilled, nobody really wanting to take
the chance on him. Overall.. he was a pretty good striker for us, and
his goals return of 1 in 3 was impressive.

Miller is coming here having been a success at every club he's played for*****
and his OVERALL goals return throughout his career is still 1 in 3.

Bothroyds career stats are nowhere near as impressive, and I think we
saw the sort of performances from Jay in the second half of the season
that have defined his less than impressive career

**** Yes I DO count Derby County, he still scored
over a quarter of their goals that season, even with a paltry SIX.. Derby
were THAT bad!!
