Lets unlock this one actually! Sorry Luke, but I wanted to reply.
Firstly - Lets get one thing straight before we begin, I agree that Annis has made a mistake with what he orignally posted. Im sure when he has time to he will come on and make an apology.
Right then, about upsetting Jones and the two mentioned players! I'm not even going into DJ out of respect for the club and our current manager, but look where Jones is now?
As for Chopra & Bothroyd (and JLS, Koumas etc etc), If they didn't spend so much time socialising in the alledged manner that they did, along with the continual partying lifestyles including the gambling and drinking, and late night parties, then they wouldn't have had any stick would they? They put themselves in a position of vunerability, and Information from within the club was passed out - and was in the publics best interest as to what these players were doing to damage the club that you support and love so much. This as part information (of updates) along with the continuous updates received from both Annis and Carl are what fuelled this message board to become one of the most popular and most visited football site of the new age! It is and can be a great place to come and discuss football and so on.
I disagree with your statement:
"You bring nothing but trouble to this club and the sooner your banned the better!" that is just laughable. Annis has put his whole life into football, and Cardiff City FC, spent tens of thousands of pounds, maybe more (if he wants to correct it!) and dedicated so much time in his life towards the club and his lifestyle surrounding it!
However none of the above excuses his actions of recent times regarding what he posted about McPhail - we can all see that it was not done malliciously, as sadly he believed the info to be true.... (once again, not excusing him putting this type of sensitive info about someones private health matters into the public domain whether it was true or not!)
This story has certainly fuelled the fire for people that already have gender issues with Annis and this site, and are using it for self propaganda.
It is highly likely that whoever gave Annis this terribly misinformed information, may have targeted him knowing that he might have put the info out? I don't know? I'm guessing - but why didn't the source of the information tell other people as well as Annis? anyway...........
I am deeply saddened by what has happened and hope Macca and his family are ok, and am also hoping Annis does make a formal Forum apology...
