Did someone say we had 20m to spend
16m on transfers and wages then 4m to a debt ?

This is a rough estimate:
Transfers:
Miller :- 800k
Mason:- 250k
Gunnarson: 50k (Compensation)
Equipment:
Lights:- 300k (on order)
Compensation:-
Watford:- 300k (for all the staff etc we have taken)
Total 1.75million spent so far (which is a minimum)
But the 16 million does include wages as well as transfers. So i'd expect a few loan signings rather than buying players.
