how long do they keep parcels in their depot ?
what time do they deliver up to ?

I ordered something ages ago (december) but lost the card and never found it, i found it friday and sent a resend day for today.
It still hasnt arrived.

is this because they dont have it (given it away thinking i would never place the re send date)
or they just havnt delivered in time ?
