Avatar Help

How do i add an avatar? I went into c.p. - edit avatar - browse - add picture/save....then get this message:
The submitted avatar is 640 pixels wide and 480 pixels high. Avatars must be at least 20 pixels wide and 20 pixels high, but no larger than 150 pixels wide and 150 pixels high.
Any ideas???

The image is to big, if you have photoshop on your computer re-size it on there or im pretty sure you can do it just on "Paint"

I can't bloody do it, I'll try it at home later....cheers anyway

If its just a random image, like mine, or something to do with City, search it on google images and put 150x150 in the search, majority of results that come up will be the correct size.
