U-Jiun Tan No Longer a Director

Appointment terminated 11/8/11,, same day as the new share allocation was put on Companies house records.

If my calcs are right this now means the majority of directors on the board are no longer Malaysian.

Don't know if this has any significance as U-Jiun was VT's son.

They do, but they also had 5 of the 9 directors at one stage.

I think there are 4 now, with U-Jiun out and the UK directors would be Hall,(recently appointed) Guy, Isaacs, Borley and Whitley. Now leaving 5 Uk based and 4 Malaysian. Again this could be meaningless or be for a reason.
