Was bloody woeful, Earnie still looking rusty after a non pre season, Miller not looking much better for similar reasons. Whitts not suited to playing so deep, Conway looking a bit clueless, Huds lack of pace exposed for first time in a while and superKev not up to his usual high standard. But it wasn't these excuses why we lost, we lost 'cos Brighton played narrow, high line, controlling football with a very fit sparky front runner with a season of goals behind him. Add to that a few lucky breaks and referree decisions.
No need to panic, we do need 3 or 4 more faces and hopefully 2 of those with experience heads. But we know we can do better, a bad night lets put it behind us, and now go for 2 wins on the road.
