my brother used to play for cefn hengoed now he's doing a ref course.

check you 5 a side cant you kit up saturday as a spare lol

massage you got to have aching muscles for that AND you have just admited that you are fit n wont ache

I miss playing, last time I played was for Penarth Town about three years ago. Not a bad side. I did think of making a comeback a year or so ago and played a game for my brothers side. I made Jan Molby look mobile by comparison!!

I could lie but I was not stiff this morning

I started the season playing for Treharris Athletic in Welsh League Div 2 but transferred back to Trelewis in the Amateur League.I know this sounds gay but missed the boys and the banter at Trelewis,even though it meant a drop of 2 divisions.

i play on saturdays, i play on sundays and play tuesdays and thursdays 5-a-side
