portsmouth are wound up, shut down, liquidated, cease to exist. would the bottom two or three be relegated. it's unfair to punish the team who would finish fourth from bottom because of portsmouth's situation. if they only relegate two, would 4 be promoted from the championship? if so the play off semi's would become the finals. theoretically both us and the scum could be in the prem next season.
