True Sam does have every right to attend the EGM next week, however would there be much point?

At present he is receiving his £83k P/M and I doubt he would have much objection to the only motion on the agenda, the sale of the hotel land in order rise cash to pay the tax bill and avoid administration which if it happened would mean all future £83k payments to him stop.
