i seem to be a bit confused (doesn't take much lads )

everyone keeps saying that the malaysians are stil interested but won't invest till the riddler goes.

the riddler says he would walk away if the investment came in, so why hasn't he.

Is it because he hasn't quite finished taking the last few pennies from our club.
