steve davies age 51
Company director
supported city since 1966 when my dad took me down
best moment was my first european away game against servette(chivers is a wanker) we lost 2-1 but ron healy saved a penalty and we went through on the away goal ruling.
I miss the european nights most of all
Wonderful memories of going down to ninian park friday afternoons and repairing the goalposts for wayne nash prior to a saturday kick off. (we had no spare set as we were skint)
Funniest memory was steve borley asked me to take down the existing tv platform on the bob bank to free up the restricted viewing seats.
I had virtually finished the job and the steelwork was strewn all over the bob bank terracing.
I was approached by the jehovah's witnesses who were cleaning and preparing the stadium ready for their religious gathering two days later.
They blessed me and gave me a few pamphlets and asked if there was anything they could do for their brother. I told them that their brother was finishing for the day and would be back tommorrow to finish off but it would be nice if the steelwork had been removed from the stadium and wandered off straight faced trying not to laugh.
Sure thing next morning i arrived at 7.30am and all the steelwork was gone tons of it heavy as f@@k how they did it il never know but i dident hang around to find out.
I could write a book about those times if only i knew someone who could help me with that ?

Fav Player: Robert Earnshaw + Andy Legg
Best Ninian Park memory : Not sure if best of funniest really. Wolves home in the FA Cup two years ago when we won 2-0. At halftime, I had set my mate up to do the freekick challenge, turns out he was in a mess and he didn't know until an hour before the game he was doing it. So I had to do it, had the worse trainers on ever with no grip and ended up slipping on my arse as I took it. I did hit the Wolves fans with one effort and the other hit the crossbar!

Best & Worst Games
Well I can think of Weymouth in the FA Cup for a starter.
Then there was that farcical game against Luton in the FA Cup (Definately Offside)
but the good times more than make up for those
Obviously the FACup Final and the away trip to Aarhus rank highly.

Kevin Davies

43 ( i know I dont look it)

Caerphilly born and Bred still there

Public Servant - cant say anymore or I will have to shoot you

First game 1969 Charlton aged 3 - Season ticket holder most years since

Fav player - Been many Steve Grapes, Tony Villars, Robin Friday, Paul Went, Koumas, Bennetts, Stant, Dale, Boland, LFW, Fowler (Jason not Robbie), Danny Hill, Gary O'neil, Eddie Newton plus many many more oh Phil Dwyer

Best Game - been a few - Boro cup QF probably the most emotional as I realised I was going to Wembley with Cardiff City but in terms of excitement has to be Leeds just shading Man City. Standard Liege in Europe was something to remember. Scunny away 93 3 days before Junior was born what a week as we won Welsh cup the weekend after.

Worst - too many FA cups shocks Bury 3-0 Tuesday night when the mascots were fighting and they were bottom and very poor.

I also have started going away with Wales and that has been top notch fun.

Made a lot of new friends at football - once met never forgotten. Biggest and best Family I have is CCFC and all who sail in her.

Fav Player: Carl Dale , Jeff Hemmerman
Best Ninian Park memory : Oh so many 1-0 v Spurs FA Cup, 3-2 v Wrexham FA Cup . Man Utd now that was a Day!!!

Jacks any with the Jacks Obviously the Leeds Game League cup v Plymouth ( Lashing with rain ) City trail halftime 4-0
FT 5-4 to the City

Worst Memory : Missing the Night game Vs Hereford 1976 NP was Rammed this was the Tuesday night following Pal-arse away the prev Saturday when Malcom Allison ( 25000+ Palace v City approx 4500 City ) said " Cardiff won't even get 25000....We didnt...For a Tuesday at NP v Hereford we had over 39000....." Allison Allison shut your Mouth, Allison Shut Your Mouth "

A few heavy defeats to crap sides. oh and not forgetting ( maybe best forgotten ) The DURBAN YEARS

Best away: Wembley without saying.......semi final The WRETCH many occasions Portugal with Macca, Sam, Corks, Tommy, Gwyn & Ginge Dill to mention a few. Wicked blast a week in the sun with a great bunch of lads

Wigan 1983 ( Ask Dave J about the Wedding lol ) Many Many Blackpools and Rovers away 4-0 down Tony Evans scores to make it a 4-4 draw.

Worst: Missing Cup final and being in Hospital 8 miles from Jackland day of the game

What I Miss about NP: The Fantastic Tannoy system on the Bob Bank ( if there was ever a bomb.....) The laughs of all the people I got to know specially on the BB the last 10 years in our spot. That icy wind that blew up your back passge from Oct-March

Best thing to Come about the Move: I still sees Karen the Supervisor from the BB now does Gate 5 & Nin Stand....Kairdiff thru & thru....if your Know Her and see her call her SHELLY.........she will prob go Scarlett , its an in joke to do with the Magic Roundabout & I dont mean the TV prog

Name - Gareth Brideaux
Age - 33
Location - Llanbradach

Job - Self employed car salesman for GB Vehicle Contracts in Caerphilly (PM me if you need a new or pre-owned car!!!)

Been supporting cardiff since watching the promotion clinching 2-0 win against Crewe in 88 as a 12 year old.

Favourite City moments are Scunthorpe away 93, QPR play off win, Boro away Fa Cup 1/4 final and obviously the FA Cup Final.

Worst moments are being spat on and threatened by about 50-75 Swansea fans before the friendly in 1990 I think near Grangetown station. brave lads fair play as I was 14 and on my own at the time!!! I have hated Swansea with a passion since that day. The Stoke and Northampton play off defeats and also losing 5-0 to Maidstone at home!!!!

Favourite players are Stant, Dale, Ernie, Perry and Koumas.

Worst players........... where do I start?????
