Administration - Cut Off Date For This Season

Tue Mar 09, 2010 8:55 am

Am I right in thinking that the cut of date for this season is Administration by 26th March 2010 we will then start next season with minus ten points

If we are going to go admin then lets get it done now - No messing around saying "we are working on it" or whatever crap he keeps coming out with - I think if we start next season with minus ten points then all I see is a season of relegation to League 1 - The fire sale of players no money coming into the club and a season of us struggling

The next two weeks are massive - Just hope they do the right thing in time !

Don't worry your cute little chops..............it won't happen. Think positive - play off final winners - investment - premiership- kids in manchester/liverpool/london wearing Cardiff City shirts............its only a matter of time....

And the club will be able to survive until the playoffs without either going through a CVA or gaining investment?

Ridsdale is still gambling / hoping on us getting promotion , via the play off final , which will see him get out of jail free and save face ! :ayatollah:

Water feeling? More like mild cystitis!

I can see us doing the usual 'delay' tactics on Wednesday and being given one last delay with a small payment paid. I can then see us either going into administration on the deadline day or gambling for promotion. My instincts suspect Ridsdale will gamble with promotion. He doesn't care if we are minus 10 points next season, he won't be here!

If we do go into admin will we still lose all our players now? I know some good go out on loan for fees but the big players would want to wait until the summer for prem moves.

It's feasible to loan players out with a perm move in summer - as we did in reverse with Chopra last season.
If we go into admin, it's more likely it'll be a struggle to pay the players, hence technically club breaching their contracts. So they could theoretically up and leave?

Yeah thats what I mean...surely the better players would want to wait for a prem move. They cant join a prem club on loan.

True, which thus means the club has a problem should money be required immediately.

In short, absolutely f***ed.
