Plymouth to sell home park to holding company

Tue Mar 09, 2010 6:22 pm

Says on SSN that plymouth have made a £2.8m loss this year and they are to sell Home Park to a holding company to reduce the clubs debts.

1: Who actually owns CCS it it the football club, the stadium company or some other company?

2: Can ridsdale do this to CCS as the way he's selling anything and everything that ain't nailed down! Although I think if he did do this there wouldn't be a march there'd be a lynching!

3: How does this actually work? Why would someone want to buy a stadium for £50 odd mil unless they were planning on selling it as you ain't going to get a huge rental return as there are only at most 30 games played there in one season. Unless they use it for boxing concerts etc.. Not many big locations for such events down that way.

4: Does anyone know how much of a loss we're due to make as it's a banker that we ain't made a profit!
