Who the f**k wants to pay £31?!

Sat Sep 29, 2012 9:29 am

The walk up price for City vs Blackpool is £31 for adults and £18 for U-16's, and if we want to sell out they are going to need to put a cap on the price rises. Say if the price stopped rising when it get's to £25 then we'd surely get larger walk up crowds, and we probably would have got 25,000 for Leeds

Good job I booked early :ayatollah:

I know many fans are not bothering because of these high prices, Ive tried to get explain to book early, they would if it was Man Utd/Chelsea etc.

But if City fans booked early it was only £17 for an Adult, cheaper than last season. :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

i understand that it should be cheaper if you book early, but £31 is a awfully high price, and they will definetly keep people away :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Is that much more than last season? I was paying about £28 for my dad last season by booking early

New system means he is coming more and is coming today :ayatollah:

£17 for a top table clash is excellent value . If someone wants they can pay £34 in total for two games Watford and Burnley . When you go to them games , you can pay £34 or maybe less for Boro and Hull . I know its easy to say but plan in advance and your having cheap football ,.much cheaper than last season .

Its 31 quid to get in the away end in Ipswich next Saturday no matter when you buy. At least Ccfc give you an opportunity to buy cheaper.

The fans need educating, gone are the days of us all rolling up with cash in hand and paying at the turnstiles.

I assume the system works by thinking that if people turn up on the day they will pay the price rather than walk away. However, if they do walk away next time they may book in advance.

The problem we have is, is it is cheap £16/£17 in advance, but very expensive during that week of the actual game, Fans need to buy early.
