Just looked him up, he's a right ful back who can also play centre back, 25 and former Crewe player of the year, another Dario O'Grady product and he has produced some crackers over the years.Last year on his three year contract at Derby so looks a possibility. :ayatollah:

Daily Mail suggests 750,000 pounds but he looks and sounds a good player at 24 :ayatollah:

That story has legs I reckon, just what we needed with a Striker and a couple more for the final push :ayatollah:

Lets hope we are not outbid !!!

Would be a quality signing.

Very good signing. It would give Malky more options too. Taylor has been much improved
at Left-Back, but Matthew Connelly can also play there. I believe we will go up if we
only strengthen at the back. But from the sound of it, we are going to have a pretty big
signing for our forward line too. Win win here :ayatollah:

Brayford would be a quality signing. He was the first player I listed in the January wish list thread. He's the best right back in the league imo. I doubt Derby will let him go for a little as a million mind!

Derby don't exactly hold out for high offers on their players..

Derby signed Connor Salmon and Richard Keogh at the start of the season for big money, so I don't think they are in severe financial trouble or are in a position to sell their best players on the cheap.

Yes, that maybe true but when was the last time Derby sold a player for more than £2 million or held out for an offer around that much? :geek:

To be honest Derby haven't really done anything for the past few seasons and I can't really remember them having a player good enough to sell for 2 million since dropping from the Premiership with the record low points total all those years ago. I have just found out Brayford's contract ends at the end of the season, so Derby could well cash in on him now to avoid the risk of losing him for nothing at the end of the season.

Which means they will not hold out for a really high offer because otherwise the lose him for nothing!

He signed a 3 year contract with Derby in 2011 his contract runs out in the summer of 2014 (end of next season)
West Ham and Norwich along with other clubs after him so would be a suprise if we got him . To get a 24 year old with that much potential for under £1 million would be a steal (like Blake and Matthews) probably get turned down as derby are doing well this year and wont want to lose one of there best players going into the second half of the season.
