Question on the Sky HD box

if you have an old sky box connected to a HD Ready TV...is it just a case of switching HD box with exisiting cables and away you go ? would the current sky card still be valid for the HD box ?

You can just switch the cables, you are right but as for the viewing card it will need to be activated against the new box. You would need to call Sky customer service so they can pair the card.
