Don't worry about your weight or fitness, You'd be surprised how easily you will shift it with a bit of training. Come and give it a go :ayatollah:

A mate of mine goes to one of the Krav classes and loves it I would recommend it to anyone to give it a try.

Krav maga would be good for learning self defence or gaining fitness but it would not save you from a wrestling double leg takedown into brazilian jiu jitsu side control, full mount then ground and pound...

Krav Maga is a military self-defense system developed for the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and Israeli security forces (Shin Bet and Mossad) that consists of a combination of techniques sourced from Boxing, Wrestling, Jujutsu, Aikido, Judo, along with realistic fight training.

Why don't you go down there and throw a double leg on one of the guys and see what happens instead of talking about it?
