What a pointless exercise (IMHO, of course) and hopefully abandoned!

They better have -
I'm still realing from the lack of a preseason CCS training session they promised supporters who signed up to season tickets.

Doesn't this already fall foul of trading standards?

I don't think it's a pointless exercise! My seat will have my name on it and anyone sits on it watch out :D
I quite like the idea.

Best take your Passport or Drivers Licence as proof! ;) :laughing6: :laughing6:

Each to their own but just don't see the point...but I'm with you on the other false promises and would be interesting to hear what the club have to say (unless, of course, we missed something) :ayatollah:

Not for me. Already told the club to exclude my seat (if it happens).

It's a conspiracy they only want you to have name on seat so can easily identify you to kick you out for standing?

Not done yet and you'd have thought with x thousand season tickets sold they'd have some urgency to do it most clubs if you buy a season ticket or membership receive a little season welcome gift but we seem to just get false promises

No wonder refs hate us

We've had to move for the Villa game so no doubt some brummie will pick my name badge off or change it to something like R. Soles or T. Watt.

They know you so well
My father missed the cup final in 1927 as my grandad only had 2 tickets, and my Dad had an older brother!

To make it easier for the club my son and I have changed our names you 902 and 903, so our names are already on our seats.

If they don't do it - do you think they'll just ignore it like the special preseason training session??

Well, it seems that they did it...for many but not all! ;)

I'm not sure what the criteria was to have your name on the seat but I arrived to find one on mine, despite my not taking for one (maybe I should have declined at point of purchasing my season ticket?) or paying for it to be done!

It stayed on for about 20 seconds! :laughing6:

Hopefully those who wanted them are a little happier this evening; Once a blue always a blue44 in particular :thumbright:

We were moved for this game so a Villa fan was in my seat, and from what he was calling me in the Ninian I think my name badge appears to read Hugh Wanker.
