No doubt people will knock this idea but I never really get phased by international break and in order for Wales to progress we do need to pick up an odd friendly when we can if we want to progress, can't blend these youngsters in without friendlies.

Coleman is not keen on friendlies but like you say need them if going to expand our squad with new talent :old:

They need a game quickly after last night. Get it out of the system, otherwise nothing until the spring. It's a bit complicated, but are we not playing friendlies so that we don't drop down the FIFA rankings?

Yes that's the pheory going around ! But now with no competitive games for around 2yrs slip down rankings anyway probably. :o

Upto now only 1 place down but no doubt will change next rankings

Play it in Wrexham, won't be much of a crowd for this, and they more than deserve to have games there.

we have nations league games in sept ,october and nov.2018...they will be competitive because you can qualify for EUROs through it and will also form part of /if not all the seeding process for the EURO qualifications groups.
