' RIP Essex Bluebird '
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news chaps, but I've just been told that my cousin, Hywel Williams (Essex Bluebird) has passed away. He has been a regular poster on this board for years. Originally from Trealaw/Llwynypia, he moved up to Leigh-on-Sea in Essex a while ago now. He leaves his brother Philip and his family. Rip my friend.

You probably did meet him in London. He was very often at City games up the "smoke". His name was pronounced as Howell, as opposed to Huw-ell in case anyone remembers him by this.

Is this Hywel who used to live in Buckley Road Trealaw? He used to go to the games with another good friend who unfortunately left us too soon, a certain Kieron Ferris.
RIP Bluebird thoughts are with your family
