I dont see much difference in Giggs or Bellamy potential wise as both have very little managerial experiance so logic and ability doesnt come into it.
The difference between the two is all down to passion for wales and Bellamy walks it in that department.
Quite often the people you dont expect to be managers turn out to be brilliant and the ones who seem suited to it fail miserably.
If its between them then i would take a gamble on Bellamy with roberts or Bowen as #2
If this is the level of manager we are going for i dont see why people like Thierry Henry are not being considered.(apart from not being welsh) he would bring a very exciting brand of football.

Henry.? .less experienced than Giggs or Roberts...less passionate for Wales than Bellamy ..and how do you know what he would bring thats more exciting than the others.

The point is they are all pretty much in the same boat. All three have very little or no experiance as a #1 . Why are we only looking at people because they are welsh ?
Henry comes across very well on tv as a pundit and makes a lot of sense when talking about games and tactics. He is also looking to get into management after doing his badges through the Welsh FA. Why not look at somebody like him if we are looking at people like Giggs ?
After being at some of the biggest and best footballing sides in the world and working under some of the biggest managers in the world he would have picked up a lot of knowledge.

Elaborate on the "total lack of commitment" 64 caps for wales those players with significantly more than him and predominantly from the modern era where more international games are played so they have more chances to accumulate more caps, behind gifts are Ernie, ratcliffe, Horne,Hartson and Collins to name a few.

Lucky with injuries especially when Wales needed him!
Oh I forgot I he never turned up for lots of games.

Only 4 caps behind Bellamy over a similar number of years. Would you say Bellamy on 68 caps wasn't committed to Wales?

Bellamy had lots of injuries Giggs didn't
Like I pointed out Giggs couldn't sing the anthem if you asked him and his commitment to us was appalling and then we find out he did play away! But not with us

So it's OK for Bellamy to be injured but if giggs is its bullsh1t? His whole career was dogged with dodgy hamstring.
By the way plenty of footage online showing giggs singing the anthem although I didn't realise it was a pee requisite to the managers job.

Exactly so if they are level why only interview Giggs and Bellamy because they are welsh ?
Being welsh should not be a necessity to getting the job. This is the most talented group of players this country has probably ever had and we have to make the right appointment or risk wasting it
There is a lot of young managers awaiting a first proper opportunity. Ignoring them because they are not welsh to me is stupid.

I agree with the reply under yours.
It'll be the Welsh fa decision and if he gets it and makes a hash of it he can apply for the Salford managers job as that's all he'll get!

very very bitter...
and for what.? a player that everyone always hoped would be playing the big games and always did..
a player that a lot of our current squad have openly said was their hero when growing up.
the anyonebutgiggs wasnt what was being said when he played....infact it was the complete opposite.

Not bitter it's my opinion.
He shouldn't be anywhere near the job.
If I have one thing it's a good memory unlike senior Giggs
