As long as you’re account is set up OK it’s as straightforward as any ticket booking system.

So why are there issues? I use it for a away tickets as a sth never a problem for me and my son, it's just not strict forward for this game, always a smart arse who thinks it's made up!

I appreciate you may be frustrated but where do you get off calling me a smart arse ? All I was saying was that it worked OK for me to give the thread some balance.

I linked a number of season tickets a while ago. Best bet is to just go into your account (make sure it’s activated) and then follow the guidance on the site to link them.

From memory they automatically send e-mails to the address assigned to the other accounts, just follow the links in that and it should link the accounts. Then you can go through the ticket booking procedure for the two accounts as the will show in your “reserved tickets”.

Hope that’s helpful enough for you !!!!!

why feel the need to balance its not party politics it just infuriates those who have problems. i know if your buying for yourself there seems to be no issues. Assigning children seems to be the problem when there wasn't any previous issue.I have tried to all of the advice given but i cannot get the system to let me but a ticket for my STH son. I have given up and will go like many others direct to the ticket office. By the way never had a problem buying my away tickets before on e ticketing balanced enough for you.

In the past I've always bought for my son under my account when going away or the cup games.

My account was set up so I assign him tickets.

The issue is that his seat is allocated to his account and I cant buy it.

Under the account management, network part of the site there is an option for me to manage tickets on his behalf. I'm just waiting for him to approve it but hopefully that will sort my issue

Yes that sorted out my issue, his seat appeared in reserved section after he approved the request

Have you tried this?

On the login page click on "Have an existing account? Activate it now"

Then enter your fan number and surname

Download weQ4u app it allows you to call at normal rate that's included in you mob package if of course you have mob contract?
When downloaded just put in fone number in weq4u and call it will do it for 99.9% of 0845 0871 numbers ect ect, it will tell you when it's a good number to ring I use it all the time for such numbers if of course you live in this country ? Sure there are apps that will allow you to get free calls from abroad though

Anyone know if you can go to the ticket office tomorrow to purchase tickets for city v Man City if you've got season tickets in the family stand ? Someone mentioned they were allowing disabled season ticket holders and family stand holders to purchase early from the ticket office. Is this correct ? Thanks.

It may be emailed directly to them, if they have registered separate accounts and emails, Wez :thumbright:

I have held a season ticket continuously for many years. I have tried everything Sven, Vince and others have suggested but it keeps saying I haven't the correct privileges for this event. After hours of trying I have decided to go down to the stadium tomorrow. Not happy.

I tried the website - fail. Went down to the ticket office at 4.45 this afternoon - about 30 people queuing out the door. I was politely told to go away and come back again - they were not letting anyone queue on the basis they still wanted to close at 5.30.

I managed to finally order my sons ticket only for the site to say,we cannot process this transaction due to technical problems, please contact the ticket office. What a waste of time,if he didn’t really want to go,I’d tell them to stick it.

I've just tried mine and apparently I am now the proud owner of four tickets for Botswana Hyenas vs Soweto Panthers.

Not what I wanted but at least they've offered me a free Nelson Mandela.
