How do I add my son who sits next to me to my basket online to get us both man City tickets? He is. Already linked to me but only mine shows as reserved?

Looks like to me city have still not accepted to change priviledges to manage his tickets I can only assign. On hold for ages no doubt to sort this on phone

I had same problem so ended up going down queuing. Took 2 and a half hours aswell. I'm going to phone in the week when it's a bit quieter to try sort that out.

I couldn't dace the cold so called an hour ago. Only 15 min wait and he told me how to fix issue. You need to activate it yourself. If you need help to do this let me know.
