Work experiance wanted with electrion

My son who is 18 is looking for some work experience with an electrion,he is currentl doing level 2 in college but needs some on the job work experience,he drives any help would be great thanks.

I'd offer to help but the last time I did some wiring I put red to red, black to black and blue to bits!
