Yes we have had 10 lowest crowds in recent history from 1,400 odd to 1,700 and I attended them all, We have come a long long way to suddenly be looking at averages of maybe 32,000 plus

Capacity at 40k would be huge and I think we'd sell over 30k ST's if we stayed there.

Bear in mind if Villa go up their average attendance will beat ours and they may beat Everton. Also Wolves will probably have an average close to ours.

I think you should also allow for Wolves and Villa (if they win the play off final) having bigger crowds than us as well.
