Postby thomasblue » Thu May 17, 2018 5:41 pm

Which grounds are you looking forward to the most next season ?
Olympic stadium with West ham will be a new one for everybody. Spurs newly developed White hart lane ?

West Ham for me as it is the only current Premier league Ground i have not been to.

Be interesting to see which will be the most popular

Everton for me missed that one last time and the only one I haven’t done.

Plus the new West Ham and spurs grounds be top of my list.

Due to work commitments working 2 out of 3 Saturdays I will try to get to about 5/6 away days.
Not bothered where it is either, love an away day following Cardiff.

Spurs new White Hart Lane and West Ham’s Olympic stadium as they will be the only grounds I haven’t been to. I’ve been to White Hart lane before but obviously not the new one

Spurs for me. New ground, decent attacking side and easy to get to :ayatollah:

The only 2 grounds I hadn't been to after we were in the prem last time were Southampton and Stoke - very happy both of them didn't get relegated this year  so I'm looking for to Southampton away in particular.

Obviously haven't been to either of the 2 new grounds (Tottenham and West Ham) so it will be interesting to visit those.

I am looking forward to going back to most of them too in fairness, although if I had to pick 2 for me to miss I'd probably go for Wolves and Brighton.

Always enjoyed United away. It’s not until you’re in the stadium that you realise how impressive it is, and a great view from the away corner.

But probably most looking forward to Burnley. Can get a great atmosphere going there, and probably the only ground in the Premier League that has an old school feel to it.

Hoping that Fulham come up as well. That’s always a great away day.

Been fortunate to have done quite a few of them so looking forward to crossing off a few more but I will say that I found Old Ttafford a bit special.

Most importantly, pie-wise, the meat & potato at the Emptyhad is the best in all four leagues.

I'm looking forward to them all but for anyone who hasn't been there Everton is a wonderful traditional stadium. I hope it's a Saturday match.

I quite fancy Newcastle, hoping its kept to a weekend to maker a weekender out of it, West Ham and Spurs would be nice because of the new grounds, have not been to Brighton's new ground either so might do that.

The only ones I haven't done are Watford and Leicester and, I might do Leicester if I can get a ticket, Watford has never appealed to me for some reason.

Not bothered about Chelsea, Liverpool or Utd if I'm honest as done them before and they will likely be on an inconvenient day so I will probably end up doing whoever we get on Saturday 3PM, as Sunday Away Games will be a no go for me more often than not.

That's the only downside of the PL, and why last season did my head in, for me I work all week and then a Saturday was always a Football Day, get on the coach/train whatever, good swig out in the night when home, can't do that on Sundays etc with work next day and can't afford to lose to much leave booking Mondays off.

Been to most and their are some right shitholes in the prem.

Never been to Huddersfield so hopefully will be able to make that one lovely ale up that way too which is a bonus. Would t mind doing West Ham to see what the Olympic stadium is like.

The trip down there around 2006 was good, hell of a mob of Cardiff on the train never seen anything like it, don't think we have taken that many away on the train since, maybe even before.

Not really that interested in the giant clubs! I love Fulham away if they manage to get up but my favourite and I've been there once before is Brighton. Love the place! :bluescarf: that said I'm sure I'll be going to a few 'big clubs" but not to see them...to watch us on the big stage! :bluescarf: :bluebird:
